REGISTRATION

**PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY** ON BIKEREG.COM TILL NOON (CST) THURSDAY FEB 5TH.  http://www.bikereg.com/events/register.asp?eventid=7472 Registration is for the ENTIRE omnium and is not available on a per event basis. You CAN sit out or skip an event if you want , but it’s the same registration fee regardless. NOTE: Regist rants will incur an additional service fee charged by BikeReg

 

PACKET PICK-UP

1. Friday Night Feb. 6th 7-10pm at the Hotel Alsace.
2. Saturday Morning Feb 7th at the Time Trial Venue - Iron Haus Fitness - 6AM-TILL 15-minutes before your scheduled TT start.

REGISTRATION TRANSFERS

Sick? Can’t race? Dog ate your bike? If you decide you can’t or don’t want to race and you’d like to transfer your registration to someone else. No problem. Just go to alsatiancycling.com and contact us.  Make sure you send us all relevant information regarding the transfer, including the transferees contact info.  We’ll need to contact them. $10 service charge applies.

REFUNDS

EVENTS HELD RAIN OR SHINE, HOWEVER, IF THE WEEKEND ENTIRE HAS TO BE CANCELLED BECAUSE OF WEATHER, NATURAL DISASTER, OR SOME OTHER CALAMITY REGISTRANTS WILL RECEIVE A 75% REFUND OF THEIR ENTRY FEE.
