  • Race is Neutral/Parade while on HW 90
  • Riders must stay behind lead car
  • ~ 2 mile neutral parade start
  • Riders should be prepared to stop
  • Race Starts after left turn onto RR 471
• Urinating off bike prohibited within city limits
  • Disqualification & Municipal Fine
